If a resident makes a payment there are a few reasons it may not be appearing in your PayLease account. Common reasons for not seeing a payment include:
- The resident forget to hit 'Submit' at the end of the transaction
- They registered to an incorrect property management company
- They logged into an account that they used for their previous property management company
You can also contact Clients Services by using the "Write us an Email" form on http://pmsupport.paylease.com/ to research the issue. If the payment was made to the wrong management company, we can work with your resident to reverse the payment.
