Why isn't a resident payment showing up in my account?

If a resident makes a payment there are a few reasons it may not be appearing in your PayLease account. Common reasons for not seeing a payment include: 

  • The resident forget to hit 'Submit' at the end of the transaction 
  • They registered to an incorrect property management company
  • They logged into an account that they used for their previous property management company

You can also contact Clients Services by using the "Write us an Email" form on to research the issue. If the payment was made to the wrong management company, we can work with your resident to reverse the payment.
