How do I cancel my AutoPay?

To cancel your AutoPay, log in to your account and go to the "AutoPay" or "Recurring Payment" tab. Simply click on "Cancel" and confirm your request. The AutoPay status will read as "Cancelled" if completed correctly. The AutoPay cancellation is effective immediately.

Please note canceling the AutoPay does NOT cancel any payments currently processing. 

**If you submitted a paper form or voided check to your property management company and cannot locate an AutoPay in the PayLease system, your payments may not be set up with us and we recommend contacting them directly**
