Why is my AutoPay still processing payments after I have left my property?

If an AutoPay is created with the “Indefinite” final payment option, the payment will continue to process until manually cancelled. The PayLease system cannot self determine when an AutoPay should be terminated.  If you are leaving the property and have an AutoPay set up with the “Indefinite” option please remember to cancel.
