If you need to unblock a resident so they can make a payment, please follow the steps below:
- Login to PayLease as a property manager.
- Put your cursor over RESIDENTS and click VIEW RESIDENTS.
- Find the resident you are looking to unblock and click Edit.
- Set the payment options you want unblocked to Yes and press SAVE.
Please be advised that if your property management company's software is integrated with PayLease, additional steps may be required to ensure the resident remains unblocked.
