In order to adjust a Check21 payment please send an email to rentmanager@paylease.com with the following subject line:  Check Scanning Adjusment

In the body of the email the following information is needed:
PayLease transaction number:
Customer name:
Date of the transaction:
Incorrect amount scanned:
Correct amount on check: 
Difference of the amounts:
